This Tuesday the 27th of October We are Proud to Feature Audio Specialists to Our Monthly Panel!
This month’s free to the public event, begins with a Social Hour at 5:30 at Isabella’s downtown in The Saranac Building (25 W Maine, Spokane, WA.), will then move to The Magic Lantern Theater for a panel of film and video audio specialists who will take some time out of their busy schedules to share with us their knowledge and experiences. Our guests will include:
- Aaron Breeden a Sound Designer with over 10 years of commercial and feature film experience. As a co-owner Aaron currently holds the title's of Supervising Sound Editor & Re-Recording Mixer at Scizors Post Audio located here in Spokane WA. Scizors is a boutique post production house which handles everything from motion to sound, ranging from commercial spots to documentary and feature films. Aaron also co founded and runs the Music Venue at the Service Station coffee house in north Spokane.
- Adam Breeden a Sound Designer and Composer who currently heads up the audio department at North by Northwest Productions. Adam has toured the country as a national recording artist in the band "Telecast" on BEC records and now currently plays in the local bands "Space Station Revival" & "Oil of Angels". As the Sound Designer at NxNW Adam currently composes & mixes everything from local and regional TV spots to documentaries and short film projects.
- Larry Ellingson is the owner of Inland Audio Visual and founder of Larry Ellingson Studios. He has been producing audio for advertising and corporate multimedia productions for over 30 years and has been the honored with numerous Northwest Addy’s for his production work.
- Bill Byrne is the founder of Liberty Lake based Bing Bang Boom Studios and creates the main Network IDs and writes the fall image music campaigns for CBS Television, including promotional scores for many of CBS's hit shows like CSI, Ghost Whisperer and the Oprah Winfrey Show. He has numerous film credits including recent productions, “All the Good Ones are Married” and “Ace of Hearts.”
- Danny McCollim is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music, Boston, Massachusetts. An accomplished pianist, composer and arranger, he has performed with numerous national and local artists and local groups in the Spokane area and has worked with local commercial music production companies over the last 20+ years. Danny is currently on the faculty at SFCC teaching courses in music production and music technology. These include the classes Intro to Music Technology, Contemporary Harmony, Digital Audio, MIDI Arranging, and an Introduction to Scoring for Film and Multi-Media.
